Reserve parachute repack
Your reserve should be aired, inspected and repacked at the interval in its manual. We hold BHPA parachute packer licences and repack round, square, Rogallo and steerable reserves for paragliding and paramotoring, refitted to your harness as part of the price.

What’s included
- Air the canopy and check it for damage, mould, UV wear and contamination
- Inspect the lines, bridle, maillons and connections
- Inspect the deployment bag, closing loops, bands and pins
- Repack to the manufacturer’s instructions
- Refit to your harness or front container, and check the handle and pin extraction
- Record the repack date and findings
What we find in the workshop
We run club repack events and repack reserves every week, and we regularly find problems with reserves pilots have packed or fitted themselves:
- Perished or missing bands in the deployment bag
- Reserves packed too tight to come out of the container cleanly
- Incorrect installation: wrong pin routing, the handle not connected to the bag, or a bridle routed the wrong way
Any one of these can slow or stop a deployment. A professional repack, refitted and checked in your harness, catches them.

Send the reserve in your harness, so we can refit it and check deployment. That’s included in the price.

Follow your reserve manufacturer’s interval, and repack after any deployment.
